Pacific Engagements was founded to ensure that your best interests are continuously valued and prioritized throughout the entire wedding planning experience.

Before founding Pacific Engagements, Alyssa devoted herself to understanding the Seattle wedding industry from the inside out. She worked alongside wedding planners who had been producing events in the Greater Seattle Area for over a decade, ascertaining the best client and team management practices, as well as determining how to create the optimal client experience through organizational tools, educational resources, and adept communication. She has dedicated numerous hours towards sitting face-to-face with local Seattle wedding photographers, florists, caterers, and other vendor companies to deeply learn what exactly each company needed to be efficient and successful on a wedding day.

Pacific Engagements began serving Seattle with the focus of providing more than just a service, but an unforgettable experience. We’ll make the planning process for you a much easier one by providing you with lists of local vendors who specialize in what you are looking for, plus full guidance with prioritizing what to focus on next. We’ll handle the majority of venue/vendor correspondences so you can focus on the fun parts of planning.

In addition to our planning services, we’ll create a cohesive vision for your wedding using your collective ideas. We’ll create an in-depth design plan together; complete with a custom color palette, mood board, and visuals. Décor elements will be selected and your design plan will be communicated with your vendor team professionals (i.e. florist, stationer, rental companies) so their contributing pieces add to your wedding’s overall aesthetic.

  • PARTIAL PLANNING:

    • Visits to wedding venue

    • Quality recommendations/sourcing/hiring/management assistance for 5 vendor categories

    • Logistics support + detail finalization

    • Development of detailed timeline + layouts

    • Management of both your rehearsal + wedding day

    • Complimentary wedding coordination assistant

    DESIGN:

    • Conceptual brainstorming + creative direction consultations

    • Development of a preliminary design plan of how to transform your space

    • Conceptual design of specific wedding decor elements

    • Decor rental recommendations/sourcing/booking assistance (counts as one of your 5 vendor categories)

    • On-site styling
