Ruth Bancroft Gardens
In the midst of venue searching, Sarah and Garry reached out to Pacific Engagements for guidance. They sought advice on what questions they should be asking the venues and future vendors they were planning to hire. And while the couple felt confident in their abilities of planning the logistics of their wedding day, they felt very in-the-dark about what they should be prioritizing, as well as what exactly they needed for the event.
We joined the couple for a walkthrough of their selected venue, Ruth Bancroft Gardens in Walnut Creek, California. We confirmed the flow of events from where guests would enter the gardens through where the dance reception would take place. Following our meeting, we drafted preliminary layouts, rental equipment needs, and timeline for their wedding day. Leading up to the wedding, these documents were adjusted to accurately reflect the actual guest count. And for the wedding weekend, Pacific Engagements expertly executed the couple’s al fresco ceremony and reception dinner in the beautifully landscaped garden venue.
