The Woodmark Hotel
One year after their supposed wedding date, Katie and Brandon were finally able to have their dream waterfront wedding at The Woodmark Hotel in Kirkland, Washington. After many revisions due to the constantly changing COVID restrictions, they decided to prioritize creating an unforgettable and unique wedding guest experience.
We arranged for private boat tours of Lake Washington to be awaiting guests post-ceremony, as well as hiring both live musicians and a live painter to entertain guests during the outdoor cocktail reception.
Elevated outdoor lounges were set up around the lawn to create organic mingling spaces for guests to interact before they were welcomed to the dinner reception overlooking the sunset. Each place setting was adorned by personalized marble coaster wedding favors, which also doubled as place cards. To end the evening, the bride and groom invited everyone to join them for dancing and an after-party complete with a s’mores bar around the outdoor firepit.
