Fun fact: I met Ray & Autumn on their wedding day, not as their wedding planner, but as Ethan's brand-new girlfriend (Autumn is Ethan's older sister!!). Yes, you heard that right. The first time I was meeting Ethan's whole family was for his older sister's wedding. Terrifying, right?? The whole 2.5 hour drive, I just remember being on the phone with my good friend from home freaking out because I was so nervous! BUT. Thankfully, their whole entire family is composed of the sweetest people ever, and welcomed me with open arms:)

I wanted to do something special for these two for their one-year, so I have been coordinating with Ray the past few months (yes, Autumn, he kept the secret a lot longer than you had anticipated!) to make this special celebration happen. Sarah Harris Photography joined us as the amazing photographer who willingly wanted to wake up at 4:00am to drive with me to Leavenworth all the way from Seattle in order to make this anniversary session happen (and then drive all the way back afterwards!!). Working with Ray & Autumn was so fun, and despite the smoke-filled skies, we got some amazing photos of them and had the most fun on a Sunday morning that I have had in a while!! So, get ready for some GORGEOUS scenic backdrops, adorable married couple moments (hehe), a guest appearance of their cute-and-cuddly Great Dane puppy, Tyler, and the best champagne-popping reaction you have ever seen!!
