We are about finding out why you two fell in love and communicating that love to your wedding guests.

Your wedding is intended to be a reflection of both you and your fiancé, and our high-detailed approach to the planning process ensures that when your wedding day comes, you are more than certain everything is in good hands.

WEDDING COORDINATION

With our Coordination Collection, you are planning all wedding logistics and accruing your wedding vendors and rentals on your own. Three months before your wedding, we begin working intimately together make sure every detail has been accounted for and is logistically executable.

Pacific Engagements will be present the entirety of your wedding day to be the point-of contact for your vendor team. We are there to keep events on-schedule, make sure guests do not miss anything important, and to ensure that both you and your guests have a wonderful experience.

Décor elements will be selected and your design plan will be communicated with your vendor team professionals (i.e. florist, caterer, stationer, rental companies) so their contributing pieces add to your wedding’s overall aesthetic.

Our Process

At Pacific Engagements, we strive to make the planning and design process easy-to-approach, stress-free, relaxed, and efficient. Our signature process prioritizes what comes next, allowing you to make educated decisions without time constraints.

Planning your wedding from start to finish will be done in 10 straightforward steps with customized timing to fit your planning schedule and lifestyle. Our most important priority is to ensure you feel confident and well-informed about each decision you make.

 

Step 1: Initial Planning Meeting

Our initial planning meeting allows us to officially connect and celebrate our new partnership! We get the opportunity to learn more about you two in addition to revisiting where you are currently at in the planning process. For some, this entails starting from the very beginning before a wedding venue and date have even ben discussed. For others, this may mean the venue and date are the only official items and everything else is still outstanding. All couples are in a different place and want different things—this meeting is intended for you to communicate to us where exactly you are at and your dreams/fears/likes/dislikes/must-haves/priorities for the planning process and wedding.

Step 2: Venue Scouting + Booking

After our initial planning meeting, we will present you with a list of wedding venues that fit your desired aesthetic, budget, wedding size, and other requirements. We offer the complimentary option of accompanying you on venue visits during your selection process to help you know what to look for, as well as what questions to ask.

Step 3: Planning + Design Questionnaire

Once we have your wedding venue confirmed, we will have a better idea of how your wedding vision will fit within the venue setting. You’ll be provided a Planning + Design questionnaire to share your thoughts on if there are any specific rooms/spaces within your venue where you want certain wedding events to occur (i.e. guest entrance, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner reception, dancing reception, lounge spaces, bar), as well as informing us of any other pertinent preferences or curiosities.

Step 4: Meet for our Discovery Meeting

We will meet again to review your completed Planning + Design questionnaire together. During this meeting, we will ask you very thorough clarifying questions to ensure that we are fully understanding your preferences, ideals, and goals with your design vision and needed vendors.

Step 5: Receive + Review Your Proposed Design Deck

Receive, review, provide feedback on or approve of your design deck— a cohesive presentation of your color palette selection, visual mood boards for individual wedding spaces and design elements, and proposed rental items. Once your design deck is approved by you, we will order the necessary decor elements and communicate your design plan with your design team professionals (i.e. florist, caterer, stationer) so their contributing pieces add to your wedding’s overall aesthetic.

Step 6: Receive + Review Your Proposed Vendors

Receive, review, provide feedback on or approve of your proposed vendor list. Once you let us know which companies you're interested in pursuing, we will assist with coordinating meet-and-greets between you and those potential vendors, accompanying you in vendor meetings, assisting you with contract reviews, and managing your vendor team throughout the remainder of the planning process.

Step 7: Receive + Review Your Preliminary Documents

Receive, review, provide feedback on your preliminary documents— a comprehensive collection typically consisting of your vendor contact list, wedding day-of timeline, rental inventory lists, ceremony layout, reception layout, wedding budget tracking spreadsheets, reception seating assignments, and entree selection lists.

Step 8: Fine-Tune All Details

In the last months of wedding planning, we will update all of your preliminary documents based on your finalized definitive guest count. We will also be confirming any specialty-order items such as custom signage or stationery, officializing food and beverage menu selections, and ironing out any other outstanding decisions.

Step 9: Receive + Review Your Finalized Documents

Receive, review, provide feedback on your finalized documents — a comprehensive collection typically consisting of your vendor contact list, wedding day-of timeline, rental inventory lists, ceremony layout, reception layout, wedding budget tracking spreadsheets, reception seating assignments, and entree selection lists. With your final approval, these documents will be communicated to your team of wedding professionals 1 - 2 weeks before your wedding. At that time, we will also inform your vendors to streamline any last-minute questions they may have to our team, rather than to you. That way, you can relax throughout your wedding week, stress-free.

Step 10: Event Management

On your wedding day, Pacific Engagements' team will be present at your wedding venue during the entirety of the event to ensure all vendors have a point-of contact to report to so you two can fully enjoy your wedding day. We are there to keep all events on-schedule, make sure your guests do not miss anything important, and to ensure that both you and your guests are having a wonderful experience.
