Depending on when you book, the full planning and design experience can range from 9-12 months. Wedding coordination begins promptly 3 months before your wedding.

Though we can absolutely come on board to manage your day logistically and professionally, we strongly believe in creating deep, personal connections with our couples months prior to your wedding. Therefore, to ensure a professional, relaxed, and valuable experience throughout, we do not provide our services solely for the day-of.

Your wedding budget highly depends on your wedding location, how many guests you invite, and which services you hire. For 100 to 200 people, our couples typically invest $60,000 - $130,000 into their wedding day.

There is not a limit on hours you will have the Pacific Engagements' team for your wedding day. Our general rule-of-thumb is to be on-site before and after other vendors to ensure all deliveries and pickups happen accordingly.

Pacific Engagements takes on 15 - 20 weddings per year. Each weekend is limited to 1 wedding so the full focus can be on you and your fiancé - nowhere else.

Yes, Pacific Engagements services weddings outside Seattle city limits. Please keep in mind any weddings 50+ miles outside of Seattle do involve additional travel costs.

Yes, Pacific Engagements does have preferred wedding vendors that we enjoy working with because of their expertise, reliability, and ability to provide the quality service our brides and grooms deserve. And no, we do not accept commissions from any of them! We just genuinely appreciate them and respect their talent and professionalism:)

With a typical wedding day lasting 10-12 hours, our agreement requires a hot meal be provided. As for drinking, our team is present to provide a professional service and will not be indulging in any adult beverages.

We will send you a customized proposal that will include all details covered during our phone consultation. To reserve your wedding date with Pacific Engagements, your signature and retainer are required (the retainer is 50% of your package total).

If government regulations prevent your wedding from occurring on the original date you booked with us, we will do everything in our power to find a new date that works for you and your vendor team.

If you decide to reschedule your wedding between June 1st - October 31st (our busiest season), we are happy to find a new date with you free of charge, unless it falls on a Saturday. Choosing to reschedule to a Saturday between those dates will involve a $1,000 rebooking fee. As long as we are available on your new date, your already-paid date retainer will move to the new date, as well as any already-made payments.
